I finally picked up an iPhone 3G this morning (I’ve got some plans to develop iPhone applications for Animist ). I got to the Apple Store in downtown San Francisco at 8am and there were maybe 20-30 people in line already. Fortunately the line only took about an hour – not as long as I feared.
